How to buy?

The necessary steps to purchase products from our website are:

Step 1 — Add the product to the cart

From the product page, select the options (if available) and the quantity (default 1), then press the Add to cart button. For stethoscopes, you can opt for laser engraving personalization before adding to the cart, where the option is active.

Personalization allows you to choose the location where the message will be engraved (chestpiece, eartubes, or stem). We display a graphical simulation of how the message will be engraved. The simulation is for preview purposes only and does not represent the final engraving.

Step 2 — Continue shopping or checkout

After you have added the product to the cart, you can choose to continue shopping, view the cart, or complete the order.

In the cart, you can preview the added products, modify quantities, and apply discount codes (vouchers) if you have such a code.

Checkout

In the checkout step, you can:

• add or modify the delivery address;
• change the payment option (card, cash on delivery, bank transfer);
• change the delivery option (courier to your address or pick up from an EasyBox);
• add additional information to the order (preferred time slot, secondary phone number, instructions for the courier, etc.);
• accept the commercial terms and conditions (distance selling contract according to Government Ordinance 130/2000 as amended by Law 51/2003, Law 365/2002, Law 363/2007, and GEO 174/2008).
