How courier returns work

Courier returns are paid (20 lei). Eligible products can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  1. 1. Fill in the online return form — use the form above or the one in your customer account.
  2. 2. Prepare the package — products must be in the same condition they were delivered: tags attached, no signs of wear, in the original undamaged packaging, with all accessories.
  3. 3. You receive an email from us with the delivery address or an Easybox return link.
  4. 4. Hand the package to the courier
    • Sameday Easybox — scan the QR/PIN code you received, place the package in the drawer that opens, and close the door.
    • Classic courier — contact a courier company and send the package to the address in the email.
  5. 5. Package inspection — you will be notified by email after it is received.
  6. 6. Refund — within about 3 business days of receiving the product, but no later than 14 calendar days.
    • Card — the money returns to the account it was paid from.
    • Bank transfer — the money returns to the account it was paid from.
    • Cash on delivery — the money returns to an account of your choice.

Large items

For products delivered on pallets (electric hospital beds, blood-draw chairs, examination couches, lifts, large medical furniture, etc.), the return cost is 400 lei.

Which products are eligible for return?

Products must be in the same condition they were delivered: tags attached, no signs of wear, in the original packaging, with all accessories.

We do not accept for return:

  • Damaged products, with signs of wear/washing or use.
  • Personalized products (engraved stethoscopes) or made to specification.
  • Consumables (BP monitor cuffs, valve, bulb, stethoscope eartips/diaphragms, glucose tests, etc.) — accepted only if unused.
  • Products with hygiene restrictions (anti-bedsore mattresses, nebulizer accessories, braces, compression socks) — accepted only if sealed.
  • Special-order products and gift cards.
  • Unsealed sterile products (compresses, dressings, medical socks, hygiene products, surgical aspirators, masks, single-use consumables, etc.).
  • Cosmetic or personal-care products that are used or unsealed.

Products with signs of wear may be refused or charged fees of 0–50% of the original value. If you return several units of the same product, only one may be unsealed. Do not stick tape or labels directly on the product packaging.

Warranty

The warranty is granted under GEO no. 140/2021 for a period of 2 years. Unauthorized interventions or failure to follow the usage conditions void the warranty.

3M Littmann warranty

  • Diaphragms and eartips are not covered by the warranty.
  • Tubing that is scratched, painted, dirty, or shows signs of improper use is not accepted.
  • Cracked tubes — we assess case by case; on stethoscopes older than one year, cracks may be caused by improper use.
  • Regular cleaning of the tubing to remove skin oils extends its lifespan.

Legal entities

Legal entities have the right to return only if the product shows transport damage or is defective on receipt. Contact us at [email protected].
